Inaugurated in May 2013 in Sweden with a size which is almost as a size of six football fields, Facebook’s data center is one of a kind and one of the giant data centers of the Californian based social networking website. Located in a small town of Luleå this data center stores the world’s largest archives of photos and hosting with tons of videos.
Powered entirely by renewable energy from nearby hydroelectric dams. It’s one of the finest examples of making peace with the environment.
